A little about me — I'm Kathie, I grew up in Idaho from a young age and am proud to call the Magic Valley area my home. My husband, Dennis, and I have been together for the last 10 years and have an ever-growing family that we are so excited to watch grow. We decided to start our own home inspection company as we finished building our dream home. Going through the steps and hoops of building it truly taught us so much. The whole process helped us see how many details go into a home and what can make or break it. That’s where the idea to start our own inspection company came from , with the goal of helping other homeowners find their dream homes. We not only want to help others go into their new homes knowing what they’re getting into, but also to give them peace of mind that the work was done right and that everything is as it should be with such a big and long-term investment.
